Pricing, Fees & Deposits

Our community utilizes City of Grand Prairie water and any electricity company you would like. Residents are responsible for setting up electricity with these companies prior to move-in. Water will automatically be billed with your rent.

The parking options at our community include parking is first come first serve for free unless you choose to reserve a spot. Uncovered go for, $30 mo. Carports go for, $65 mo. Roommates & Occupancy

All individuals 18 years of age or older are required to complete an application, receive approval, and be listed on the lease. Additional information regarding leasing an apartment with roommates is available within our leasing portal. For further details, please contact our leasing office team members.
The maximum number of occupants per apartment is a maximum of two persons per bedroom plus a child under two (2) years old will be allowed to occupy a unit or as may be restricted by applicable state or municipal code. Within our leasing portal, you will find more information about leasing an apartment with roommates. If you have additional information, please contact our leasing office team members.
Our guest policy is visitation period for guests and family of any age is limited to 7 days. Any special situations such as temporary custody should be referred to management and will be dealt with on an individual basis. Residents are responsible for the actions and conduct of their family members and guests at all times. Owners have the right to ask resident’s guests or visitors to leave the apartment community if they violate any lease provision, rule or law. Resident shall not permit any person who has been given a notice prohibiting trespass from visiting or living in the apartment as a guests or occupant. For restrictions on guests, please consult your lease agreement or speak with our leasing office team members.
