The maximum number of occupants per apartment is a maximum of two persons per bedroom plus a child under two (2) years old will be allowed to occupy a unit or as may be restricted by applicable state or municipal code. Our guest policy is visitation period for guests and family of any age is limited to 7 days. Any special situations such as temporary custody should be referred to management and will be dealt with on an individual basis. Residents are responsible for the actions and conduct of their family members and guests at all times. Owners have the right to ask resident’s guests or visitors to leave the apartment community if they violate any lease provision, rule or law. Resident shall not permit any person who has been given a notice prohibiting trespass from visiting or living in the apartment as a guests or occupant.
